Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility
All sales are final unless the item received is materially defective or does not match the product description at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of fine jewelry — including but not limited to hygiene, security, and authenticity concerns — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or personal taste once an order has been fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review. Approved claims will be resolved via repair, replacement, or store credit at Velucera's sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
Earrings, custom or made-to-order pieces, and any item marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Velucera reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Velucera directly to resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support channel may be treated as a breach of these terms and contested with evidence of delivery, communication records, and this policy.
